Most cytokine products undergo SEC-HPLC testing. Mouse RANKL protein has very high purity. When tested by SDS-PAGE, the result is ≥ 98%. When tested by SEC-HPLC, the result is ≥ 95%.

Under identical experimental conditions, we conducted a parallel activity assay comparing Cykine cytokines with those from competitor Q and competitor Y. The results demonstrated that Cykine cytokines exhibited superior biological activity under the same conditions, with product performance clearly outperforming the reference brands.
To evaluate the freeze-thaw stability of Cykine cytokines, we subjected them to repeated freeze-thaw cycles at –20°C for 1, 3, 5, 8, and 10 times, followed by a unified activity assay at the same time point. The results showed that even after up to 10 rigorous freeze-thaw cycles, Cykine cytokines maintained high overall bioactivity, demonstrating exceptional stability and reliability.
In a stability assessment conducted at 4°C, we evaluated Cykine cytokines over a period of up to 15 days. Samples were taken on day 1, day 6, and day 15, and all were subjected to a unified activity assay at the same time point. Remarkably, Cykine cytokines maintained consistent stability throughout the entire treatment period, with overall bioactivity remaining at an excellent level—demonstrating outstanding storage stability and reliability.
In a rigorous challenge test conducted at 37°C, we evaluated Cykine cytokines over a period of up to six days. The results were impressive: whether treated for 1 day, 4 days, or 6 days, the Cykine cytokines demonstrated stable and robust bioactivity in a unified assessment. This powerfully demonstrates that Cykine cytokines possess excellent storage stability and lasting performance.
